Having worked in IT for too long across multiple industries, when Microsoft 365 and in particular Intune came along, it was a game changer for endpoint management, but for MSPs there isn't the equivalent of M365 Lighthouse for Intune. Setting up tenants, rolling out updates, and monitoring them is resource intensive, costly, and introduces the risk of user error. As a result I built my free selection of tools at EUCToolbox.com, but these tools are open source which is a blocker for many organizations that require commercial backing.
